CANCELLATION POLICY

What You Need to Know

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments.

Please understand that spray tan appointments, unlike a hair or nail appointment, are hard to fill last minute as they require crucial pre-appointment prep. 

As a courtesy to your spray tan artist, we require a $20 booking deposit - the rest of the service cost to be paid at the time of your appointment. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you or return your full deposit amount.

 If you cancel with less than 48 hours before your appointment and are unable to reschedule: 

You will be required to pay 100% of the service fee remainder via Venmo. 

Clients who fail to do so, will not be able to book again until your prior cancellation fee is paid.

For tans scheduled during the sunny, Summer months: we will not preform spray tans on clients with new or existing sunburns OR skin that is actively peeling due to an existing sunburn.

For the safety of your skin and integrity of the spray tan outcome:

we ask that you please notify us immediately if you experience a sunburn prior to your tan.

All of the same terms of our Cancellation Policy will apply to tans needing to be rescheduled or cancelled due to sunburns or peeling.
